We went to New Martinsville Sunday to celebrate Sophie's birthday with grandparents.
Sophie has taken to making her jackets a snuggie of sorts (putting her legs in the arms). Hey, whatever works.
We had lunch with all of our parents at Doh and Pap's house. Doh made a beautiful cake, as always. Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)
How about those identical smiles?
There was a surprise appearance by Baby Isaac. The kids are excited to have a new baby cousin. Congratulations Heather and Mike!
Pap and his grandbabies. Pap just had knee replacement surgery, so the kids got to see his knee machine in action and they found it totally fascinating.
Swimming lessons, earrings, charm bracelet, and some money to spend. It was a good day for Soph.
So, I love that Terri makes the kids' cakes each year. It really is very fun. Here's a little review.
1st Birthday - Baby Einstein
2nd Birthday - sparkly red shoes that she wore ALL THE TIME. They were too big and her feet stunk so much. Then she got another pair as hand-me-downs. She loved those shoes.
3rd Birthday - flowers
4th Birthday - Cinderella
5th Birthday - Sleeping Beauty
And there ends the week long celebration of Sophie's birthday. Happy birthday, Sue!
